Apologies - there was one other study that scored 6/7. This is probably the best of the bunch, with 105 completed participants and a low risk of bias, and guess what? No difference between the two dietspic.twitter.com/suVBPKWf8N
This is why just saying that there are loads of studies proving your point is a bad argument Many bad studies do not prove a point
Also should mention this was specifically looking at diabetes, but other reviews have had similar findings when looking at weight loss more broadly
