I do not believe that is accurate, but even if it was it would suggest 20,000 years of human evolution e eating a non-carvivorous diet

10,000 y max eating agricultural produce. Short in human evolution terms. That's shown by the number of insulin-resistant people, about 70% of the population to some degree. You must believe it's accurate. It's a robust scientific finding. One is not entitled to one's own facts.

Of course not. I've seen some evidence that humans have eaten quite a diverse historical diet, I would love to see the papers demonstrating convincingly that it was, in fact, carnivorous. Would be interesting to see how they explain certain omnivorous evolutionary features too!
