Nahhhh that's not really true, particularly for high-risk groups. Statins are a great example - in low-risk groups the decrease in risk is debatable, but in high-risk groups the benefit is undeniable

? Most RCTs don't look at ACM, you need really long time frames for that (exception is cancer trials). Side effects are required to be reported, although I agree that this is somewhat open to manipulation
