None of those are large well-conducted observational trials comparing guidelines to no guidelines or something similar, so no you didn't. That's not even a single study, just 4 graphs and a few paragraphs of elucidation

The assessment suggested an association between years with ADG and increased diabetes. Also, as the number of dietitians increased, so too did diabetes.pic.twitter.com/WXPTTYsKso

Cool. So, as I said, 0 rigorous studies demonstrating your point. At best, you have one uncontrolled analysis that appears to demonstrate a weak correlation between the points you're arguing

Ok Gid. I'm done. I thought you might be interested in other ways of thinking about science, evidence, and understanding how the ADG contribute that may not be captured by our biomedical models.

What??? This isn't some competition between models. I simply asked you to provide evidence for your position, which you could not do!

Your entire argument is predicated on the idea that guidelines don't work, but you have yet to actually demonstrate that this is the case. But you call the guidelines 'wrong' because Grade C isn't rigorous enough evidence. I find this an extremely confusing position

Please. I’ve said, they’ve not met their objective. I then went on to show you some of what I’ve looked at to understand why.

Gid, it’s really quite shit conversing with you. Ive let myself get dragged into crappy stuff bc I’m trying to be polite and listen & it’s just not working for me. You’re not into solutions - I don’t know what you are into other than insisting hierarchy of science or bust.

Well, I honestly don't know what to say to that. I try to be as decent a person on twitter as in real life, so I'm sorry if it's shit to talk to me
