God, we’ve been talking about evidence to policy....the establishment telling people what to do ....if you want to accept Grade C for what to eat....great....look around though....it’s not worked/working.

This is, again, tangential to the point you've raised Ultimately, you're trying to boil down complex epidemiological assessments into a single question (is it Grade C?). This is a poor methodological approach, and leads to issues like not being able to critique smoking
