Thinking of making my next blog a trip down the supplement aisle at the local pharmacy I'll look at a bunch of things and summarize the evidence for each one Thoughts?

Agreed that those that operate like a chain carry a lot of things with limited indication.... Most of it is the same product in 5-10 brands. At the same time, you may be surprised by the evidence base for a lot of CAM... Just not homeopathy (which has none)

Every supplement I've looked up has extremely limited/no evidence for efficacy For example, if the word 'traditional' appears, it usually means the product is nonsense
