Agree that burning off more calories than you consume results in weight loss. Didn’t even realize that was up for debate. For most of the people I know, the issue has been finding a nutritional plan that is sustainable & doesn’t leave them hungry.

As to the first point: you'd be surprised how many keto advocates will argue precisely that point! For the second, I'd say that's why having many dietary options is so important
