If you find it relaxing and soothing then it works. Because that's pretty much what it's spose to do. We are taught, or at least I was, that reiki is to be used In Conjunction with your doctor/dentist/therapist/veterinarian. Not •instead of•.

I have a coworker who is also a massage therapist and he did a couples massage where he massaged the man and the wife got Reiki, which she apparently got often and he looked over and said “THIS IS WHAT IVE BEEN PAYING FOR?”

I was going to say Homeopathy, but iridology doesn't even perform well enough to compete against random guessing. Yet it is taught in Naturopathic schools.

I’d have to say coffee enemas.
I mean irrespective of the lack of any evidence of it working and significant safety concerns-
What was the person who originated it doing and why coffee not tea or maybe something exotic?
