The premise of the first tweet confuses me a bit. The patient protections are already in under the act, surely legally adding a few sentences in a contract would be redundant and/or void anyway?

I mean, I imagine that there's a provision in the contract about engaging in illegal conduct, which would cover most patient privacy requirements. I'd be surprised if it didn't specifically reference the Act.
