After a long run, I love a cold beer (hot day run) or a glass of chocolate milk (cold day run). I don’t care if it doesn’t solve all the world’s problems; I’ve freaking earned a treat after running for 2.5+ hrs!

Chocolate milk is loaded with sugar (addictive substance) which is detrimental to overall health. Water, protein and salt is the best for after workout. Water, is what is best for dehydration. Energy drinks, chocolate milk should come with same warnings as cigarettes.
