If the paper you're quoting found a clinically questionable benefit that was ~barely~ significant... It's not "proof" that the treatment works If anything, it's the opposite

I'm not making a claim one way or the other here, but you can't support your argument with trivial studies like that. Either admit the evidence is not good right now or go out and find some better ones
