Could be. Might be something to do with choice of means - maybe docs more educated about fatal means than general pop?

Mmm but my thinking was the CIs are very large, and generally rate of attempt is similar in M/F. If lethality of means in doctors was high, could be part of the explanation Certainly a tricky problem, likely to be many factors I guess
