Whoa! Don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater! Kale mash pot with smoked sausage (or a vegan alternative in my case) is one of the Dutch classics in the wintertime and there is nothing wrong with it. It’s a healthy and delicious dish!

Been farming veges most of my life and wondered what-the-hell was the big push for (e-yuck) KALE. Last week local farmer started harvesting his cole crop (couldn't tell which at 70 mph) with a great big machine-harvester. My answer is that kale is a very low labor crop.
