If you're excited about that new study that suggests that 60 minutes of daily exercise is enough to help you lose a little bit of weight (whereas 30 minutes a day might lead you to gain), spend a few weeks actually getting 60 minutes of daily exercise and then get back to me.

I found that going from 30 min/day of exercise to 60 min/day is actually quite easy. It's going from 5-10 min/day to 30 that's hard!
