When you say 'meaningless' I would say 'of no practical significance'. And this remains true if the difference in risk is highly statistically significant. (We've had this - or a similar exchange - before.

Yes absolutely. I usually moderate my language differently on twitter, but in a technical sense it is practical significance, not the more ephemeral concept of 'meaning' that I am referring to
