It’s a double-edged sword. On the one hand, one may be tempted to call obese individuals lazy on that basis. On the other hand, this may prompt action to help sustain willpower (ie food environment, promotr physical activity through shaping of the city, ...)

Were I involved, I wouldn't have chosen to use the word "willpower" as regardless of intent, that's exactly what it implies. I know that isn't at all what Kevin thinks, but I also know Kevin.
