The only part of that I disagree with is that contraception is not used because of cost. Seldom a barrier.

The government doesn't have a duty to incentivize or sponsor female promiscuity. They do have a duty to protect human life.

"female promiscuity"? who do you think they are having sex with and since when is birth control is exclusively a woman's responsibility? And your definition of human life is not a universal definition. Its just the one you happen to be comfortable with.

Also, reduce the reasons people end up wanting abortions - like poverty, lack of social and family support, inability to afford/access child care, shame from religious community, lack of resources for special needs kids,...

Contraception is super important and in a sense the easiest one on the list, but it's so heartbreaking that people have to say "I can't afford another kid" because of their place in a shit society
