Not sure I entirely agree, new research shows not all calories created equal. I think fad diets are ridiculous but the one key to a healthy diet is 1 with an abundance of fresh fruit and vegetables, and essentially whether you eat animal products or not, focussing on “whole food”

I feel like that's pretty much saying the same thing tho? If your only criteria are "cook most of the food yourself, maximize veg intake", you aren't talking about a "diet", you're just giving good general health advice
