You are really not making a very good case for yourself. There are no such decades. Chapman is not an expert on, well, anything. That is the point. You have to get out of the Dunning-Kruger hole to even know who the experts are. Only then can you sort out the claims.
You should definitely tell that to the University of Sydney it sounds like they've made a huge mistake!
