The number one sign of a quack is that they will tell you that they 100% can cure you No ifs, buts, possibilities or doubt Real doctors won't do that. Because they know that cures are hard to come by

I mean, can you imagine how happy a paediatric oncologist would be to tell their dying patients "I can save you. Yes, all of you"?????? They'd be over the fucking moon

Every meeting that I'm in where we put in place a new program to prevent/manage diabetes we joke about how this will put us out of business We aren't really joking. We'd all love it if we managed to cure diabetes forever. THAT'S THE DREAM
