They have been quoted saying videos only go out to 11% of subscribers and notifications are not sent to everyone who clicks the bell. My current strategy is to not care too much about the views

That's correct. For example: if your viewer who watches Battlefield content most of the time has a bell enabled, they won't get a notification for a new Apex video most likely. They will for a BF video tho. My current strategy is to not get depressed with low views

That doesn't seem right! Make sure you've selected 'Notify subscribers' under Advanced Settings when you publish your videos. Also, you can check your account and notification settings on your personal account: https://goo.gl/PdDKZW . Let us know if that helps.

Update! We're seeing similar reports about videos not showing up in sub boxes and are looking into it. Appreciate your patience.

Hi again, confirming there was a small delay in the subs feed and notifications this morning for a small % of uploads. It's fixed now and video uploads after 11am PST should be affected. Thanks
