This would help out tremendously, just make sure some contractors are not forced to stay at work because they are falsely marked as mission essential just because they want someone to be there even if government is completely on telework. It needs to cover all contractors

Why am I, a USDA employee who is fully capable of teleworking and could do so everyday under any normal circumstance and has a TW agreement currently in place still being made to come into the office when the President and his entire taskforce is urging everyone to work at home?!
