It's still beyond me how ivermectin has just been added to the community platform trial in the UK.
“In comparison to standard of care or placebo, #ivermectin did not reduce all-cause mortality, length of stay or viral clearance in RCTs in COVID-19 patients with mostly mild disease... Ivermectin is not a viable option to treat COVID-19 patients.”

My conclusion that I draw from this meta-analysis is that there are actually fairly limited data (n=1173 from 10 RCTs) which have assessed clinical outcomes.

The conspiracy theorists will note that Adrian Hernandez is a co-PI of the NIH ACTIV-6 trial testing ivermectin. (Although their middle initials V and F differ, yet.. why let facts get in the way of a good conspiracy)
