Do you understand the difference between the Police and a previous court sentence which he chose to ignore?
-
Please try to understand that no one here felt the original court sentence held any merit. And therefore, breaching it, irrelevant. Additionally, the police failed to mention it during the arrest.

He pleaded guilty

This is a highly dangerous situation & all the main political parties are curtailing free speech. At next elections do NOT vote Conservative, Labour or Lib Dem. The UK is at serious risk.
-
Can I once and for all clear up this nonsense about TR on here? Breach of the Peace is not a criminal offence. So he did not go to prison for that. Stop telling lies about this matter.

Tommy was taken to cuort and and santanced to 13months in pirson within hours. Comments / Tweets / News article's reporting on him going to cuort immediately have been disappearing strangely.

shame on those old bill . what did he do wrong ????????????
-
Breached the terms of his previous suspended sentence. Easy.
-
And how did he get that sentence?
-
Filming inside a courtroom, which is against the law unless the judge allows it.
-
Outside a court building on the public highway actually
-
I'm not sure why you think contempt of court can only be committed from inside? The terms of his sentence were clear.
-
Was he actually ordered by a judge previously to not film/report any of these grooming/rape trials from outside the court room?
-
If he was why did the policemen outside say it was OK to film when “he asked him if it was ok?”
