Absolutely. I don't like to armchair QB cop's decisions, but in this case the deputy's own CO, the sheriff, told us exactly what happened and what he saw on video. He basically put the investigation in the public purview. Said that he was transparent only to save himself.

We find out that not only was there 1 cop, but as many as 4 cops on the campus waiting outside and not engaging the shooter. Were they told to stand down maybe? That's insane!! They should have been in there protecting those children.
