We need fiscal constraint and a tax base that can actually collect enough taxes to pay for what we NEED to spend money on. A $1.5T tax cut followed by a $1T deficit is a fucked up way of draining the swamp or being fiscally conservative. Lets fix this!

So much for the fiscal probity of the Republican party--the 2017 tax cut was grossly irresponsible. And when economic hard times come, the 1% and corporations flush with cash (those who gained the most from the cut) will feel its effects the least. The rest will bear the pain.

Bush ignored the warnings of an imminent attack and could have acted much sooner.
