And the answer is a resounding No. Google. Or take two minutes and call your Rep's office if you want the answer. Direct comm is best.

I called Burr's office. He had five choices to choose from. One was a dedicated line for comments on bills. I left a vm.

I've been using resist a lot and they are Gr8! U text, they fax ur text. They text you when things r happening & u need to write 2 congress.
