    While 2019 brought a number of IPOs...We are still below the historical average, as a % of US market cap. Will be interesting to see if companies that were staying private will IPO as firms like Softbank, who enabled companies to stay private pull back from the VC space.

    Others attempting to follow 's lead. Qualcomm announced a Car-to-Cloud service. An Over The Air update platform. Will be interesting to see how/if OEMs can take advantage of all the benefits from OTA enabled hardware.

    And here we have a perfect example. Looks like is creating a new revenue stream from Model 3s owners who want faster acceleration. $2,000 add on via software update, increasing performance *without* visiting a service center. Incredible!

    Competition in brokerage is spilling over into Europe. plans to launch in the UK next year & launched stock trading (w/ fractional shares) to its users this summer. Think we'll see elimination of commissions in the UK in the near future?

    Brokerage industry continues to not disappoint... Last Thursday Robinhood announced it will allow fractional trading after . This is the 1st time has been forced to follow instead of lead the disruption of the brokerage industry

    This might not seem like much, however we think premium connectivity & 's insurance are the start of its service businesses. Tightly integrated hardware + software can lead to (high margin) services. Expect to see the premium list/ value grow over time

    Interesting to see what competitors are doing to differentiate themselves. In past 6 months, Interactive Brokers created a simulated sports betting website (customer acquisition channel), applied for an ILC banking charter & now allows fractional share trading
