It sucked too. If you wanted the good weapons (heroic) you opened supply drops and hoped. If you wanted to spend credits for the rusty standard weapon, you still opened drops for credits if you wanted everything. 15,000+ credits to get ONE rusty ass gun.
I totally understand what your saying how it was a chance to get a heroic on WW2 however I managed to get every gun and every heroic I wanted because they rewarded the players who played the most by gifting bribes etc.. and I really liked the system. (My personal opinion)
