I apologize now for all typos during the pandemic. I’m simply working too fast to avoid making them as we are inundated hourly with so much information.

Not sure I’ve ever been treated so rudely on Twitter before tonight. I know this pandemic is scary and hard on us all, but please be kind and respectful to one another. I block . I block with poor insight. I block folks who lack basic human empathy.

Anyone know if there are ways to give foreign trained doctors who are resident in the US but not practising here emergency licenses? I'm getting emails from doctors in the US who want to help but don't know how to go about it.

Dry cough in first episode was prounced, lasted weeks, and during the worst happened so often that every breath was challenging. Second episode to date the Dry cough is occasional and controlled by over-the-counter meds that didn’t work first episode

Grateful I am at home alone and couldn’t have infected others. I’ve been through worse than this in a rural African Hosp in acute respiratory failure f/ typhoid/malaria & stopped breathing awhile. This was nothing compared to that. To date.

Thank you all! Think it’s possible I’m on the other side of this. It’s tricky. Some days you can feel better and then crash again. Look forward to antibody testing to determine those who have had it. Will give as much plasma as humanly possible if determined I’ve recovered.

Cancel that. Malaise just seemed worse second. It was bad in the 1st episode too. May have seemed worse the 2nd because Ive been low energy and exhausted for a month, only leaving bed when necessary. Had almost a week of feeling better then slammed again.

I did not have the sensation of struggling for air during the second episode (where SpO2 showed pretty normal but finally increased to my normal at 99%). No chest tightening or the pain in my back where lungs are like first episode. Much easier except malaise was worse second.
