Are they going to quit using fossil fuels?
Eventually we're ALL going to stop using fossil fuels - either sooner (the wiser option) or later when 1) reserves run out - as they will; it's a finite resource and/or 2) catastrophic conditions force our political leaders to wake the f*ck up.
Why is it good news that they need 10 years to do it?
Why only in 10 years? $2B can be easily converted within days.
