NEWS: Trump is expected to unveil a police reform executive order tomorrow, @MeritLaw tells me. Merritt says he's scheduled to speak during a Rose Garden event tomorrow with Trump and AG Barr, as @Yamiche first reported. The EO, he says, acknowledges systemic racism in policing.

Another person familiar with the policing EO tells me “it’s a bridge too far” to say it deals with systemic racism. The EO, I’m told, helps establish a national standard, creates a “bad cop” database, calls for co-responders to deal with mental health, and calls for legislation.
