Frozen is fine it takes the chocolate too cold for there to be an appreciable change in the crystals caused by being in the 1-5C 33-40F range that the refrigerator would leave it at. and all chemical reactions are a function of time and temperature.

Nice to learn this, personally though I still enjoy my frozen bars of Kinder chocolate more than room temperature ones. I really only do that with more commercial chocolate though, haven't ever done it with something from a more "gourmet" place.
