Actively tried to do Focusing on my jaw for an hour, but I just couldn't really get anywhere. No handle I tried on, fit the felt sense; and I couldn't describe the felt sense well at all, no matter how long I tried. Barely any sense of, "Yes, this word is closer." What gives?

I start from a problem/emotion/concept/etc and work outwards from there. So I mean I pay attention to the physical experience of my body, but if there's a more physical symptom as a starting point it's hard for me to make useful progress on it.
