"Genie, why are you on Twitter so much?" Well because I get super depressed if I don't get enough interaction with people and there's a pandemic on so I'm not really getting enough of that in person. Twitter is an almost acceptable substitute.

I had a similar experience of thinking I'm an introvert and realizing I'm not. I wonder how many people are tricked into the label by social anxiety. I wonder if the label is even real...

The extra annoying thing is I fixed my social anxiety about two months before the pandemic locked everything down. Was really looking forward to taking advantage of that.
