"Genie, why are you on Twitter so much?" Well because I get super depressed if I don't get enough interaction with people and there's a pandemic on so I'm not really getting enough of that in person. Twitter is an almost acceptable substitute.
Turns out if you get good enough at emotions you can go "Wait do I actually need to be anxious right now? Huh. No. I guess I don't." and stop.
