I've been noticing recently that a lot of the time when my inclination would be to have more coffee I'm much better served by a hot bath and/or an extended cuddle. I think there's something interesting going on there with lowering a stress response.

Yeah I'm also super sensitive to it. Perhaps I'm exaggerating with the few mins. Within 15 certainly noticing it.

Also very sensitive to caffeine (even more so now I have very little tolerance) and have the same thing, works very quickly but also fast transition to anxiety

I almost never consciously feel caffeine (or adderall tbh); I can only really notice the difference in hindsight, if I was abnormally successful in what I was trying to do
