If it's caffeine withdrawal... yeah, it sucks. Things that *might* help: 1. Quit caffeine (I'd be surprised if you do this. I never manage). 2. Have a maintenance dose of caffeine a bit later in the day. 3. Speculative, just thought of it, but maybe take DLPA before bed?

Ah, thanks for the reminder. I've thought multiple times that this sounds interesting and I should give it a go but kept forgetting to follow up and figure out WTF box breathing actually was. Now embarrassed at how simple it is.
