Yeah, I used to have some 1mg around. This is the 2mg and wow what a trip. I've got unblocked on some work I've been stuck on all fucking week.

Very rapidly diminishing rewards though and it's hard to talk to people.

Yeah. I'm going to take some tomorrow too because I've got a deadline for Saturday and then I'll probably not take any again for months.

Either of you know the tolerance falloff curve? Months seems too long. I think one/week probably maintains bang-for-buck without tolerance build, but I have no real data.

Oh I mean months is far longer than is needed, I'm not skipping for months because I think I need it, I'm doing it because that's about how often I tend to find myself in situations where I want to use nicotine.

https://www.gwern.net/Nicotine is a good resource on this although there's not really much good data on people who use nicotine but have never smoked, because we're weird and rare.

I too have never smoked, but occasionally use nicotine gum.

*raises hand* I'm also in the never-smoked-but-uses-gum group. My solution to the problem that it might be addictive and tolerance forming is that I write down every time I use it.
