Man I forget how great nicotine is. I assume it stops being great if you use it too often, so it's probably adaptive that I forget this.

I too have never smoked, but occasionally use nicotine gum.

*raises hand* I'm also in the never-smoked-but-uses-gum group. My solution to the problem that it might be addictive and tolerance forming is that I write down every time I use it.

This is making me consider upping my nicotine % in my vape (1.5-3% right now) since I have no intention of quitting any time soon
-
I recently switched to a small MTL device and increased the nic to 25% (salt form). my total nic intake is lower but it feels much more functional and punchy, akin to cigs, rather than the constant baseline vaping I was doing on 3mg. also no huge clouds. I recommend.

What do all you nicotine-non-smokers do about insurance? All my policies I told them 'no nicotine use', and can't really be bothered to update them all or pay higher prices bc they assume that nicotine use would mean I smoked.
