I've thought about this over and over for years trying to find one. Basically the question for me is "we are against toxic masculinity, why can't I find a positive masculinity" in terms of advantages I get away with interrupting people and talking over them, bad habit unpunished

OK, here's one that is I think universal male but I've mostly seen be a problem with straight (and straightish) men. "Church of Interruption" in https://sambleckley.com/writing/church-of-interruption.html … is a very male coded dialogue pattern, but you can fuck it up by not letting people interrupt you.
