Curious to hear thoughts from @xuenay, @mattgoldenberg, @nosilverv, @pjeby, etc

> "unlearning trauma responses is allowed to be fun", lulie will be better than me at this but i think this pops off naturally of recursively applying unlearning coercion responses (a response to trauma?) to themselves, all the way up (down?)

I unblocked a bunch of trauma learning to laugh at myself recently. That was kinda nice.

Although it also tied into a certain level of making self-coercion safe in small doses. This was part of the general "oh wait negative self-talk is *useful* maybe I shouldn't 100% avoid it" realisation I think, though I may be confusing emotional epiphanies there are so many.

Also in some circumstances unlearning trauma can be super hot, but I probably shouldn't go into that without an NSFW alt.
