Yeah, I know, but when you've got a political commitment against the thing that would actually be helpful, I'm still going to be frustrated. Especially when it's a thing that would also be helpful to me that is being blocked by someone else's defence mechanisms.
I'm aware that people do things for reasons but I'm still going to be frustrated when the thing they are doing is bad.
