this is the kind of comment guaranteed to bring out the "net benefit to me personally" crowd, but I agree with you I'm old enough to remember thinking "Grindr for straights would never work!", turns out I was wrong about that
Yeah. I suspect a lot of the "net benefit to me personally" people are also wrong because they're considering whether using it or not is a net benefit in the current society. (And also some of them I'm like "Yeah, you'd have to work harder to get a better outcome. Deal.")
