cities aren't going anywhere especially as long as there remains a gaping disparity btwn internet speeds in urban vs rural areas the silver lining of covid is maybe the epidemic of skyrocketing urban rent hikes will finally fall to something resembling the inflation rate
I'm really holding out hope for a housing price crash where I live. Would be so good to be able to afford to buy a place, or even just to pay a less extortionate amount of rent.
