Question for non-coercion Twitter: Is bravery a form of self-coercion, and if not what's the distinction? (This isn't meant as a gotcha, I actually want to know your answer)

I’d say the ≠ lies in the intentions, vocab used and emotions created. Like one I feel like there’s a lot of guilt involved. With bravery you feel proud after whereas self-coercion it leaves a bitter aftertaste? (Im new to all this so sry if dumb

Like one you talk to yourself like you’re your own coach and the other you’re your own judge giving a sentence typa thing
