I'm attempting to acquire a more positive impression of coaching as a concept. Do you have any positive experiences with coaches, of whatever sort you'd like to tell me about?

That being said, I think often therapy is "telling you things you already know" in the sense that it's helping you realise that you already know them and then articulate them better than you'd be able to do without support so that you can act on them.
