As a point of order, I'm actually very good at being rude and abrasive, and that's part of what stops me doing it - it tends to require or cause me to go into attack mode, which I don't like doing to people until I've written them off as a no hoper.

I'd love to see you in attack mode sometime -- I bet there'd be lots of value in seeing how you'd go about doing that
