Assuming we're talking about pure physicality, and not mannerisms, abilities etc.
that was not what I was expecting-- also that was very good! That captured a bunch of male attractiveness without being purely physical/muscular...
Hmm. I mean you're not wrong that motion helps women a lot, but I think it's more... there are ways to showcase women's attractiveness that are preserved well in still image that we either can't or don't do as well for men.

But TBH I also find stills of women relatively boring. It's more that I can tell that they are attractive than that I experience a strong sense of attraction.

I guess this is a personal thing. I think I can tell whether both men and women should be attractive from stills, but motion is much better in both cases IMO. I'm not sure I see a gender difference here.
