Always slightly embarrassing when you're feeling super depressed because the world is terrible and everything is awful and then you eat food and it's fine.

Okay well wasn't super depressed but generally "kinda meh".
Yeah I mean I was super depressed partly because there are a bunch of genuinely shitty life circumstances prompting me having good reasons to be depressed. They just seem much more manageable after eating a bunch of roast pumpkin.
